Established in January 2008 when the project initiated by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) solicited our participation, Air Business Partners Corporation has worked together with Japan Airport Consultants, Inc. for Japanese government consulting tasks. President Shinoda has participated in major projects facilitated by MLIT and Cabinet Office of Japan. He continues with various consulting works covering the fields of aeronautical business and policy.
Any developments in aeronautical areas are more or less tied up with a strategic policy of space and defense in terms of geopolitics and more particularly of various technology developments, airspace and airport issues. In addition, equitable references to US and EU are required for locating Japan status quo in global systems. We have gradually expanded the business coverage areas to Defense and Foreign Affairs in addition to Aeronautics. A combination of these three areas enables us to conduct a strategic approach, called as "Triangle Approach", to most issues of Aviation, Space and Defense.
